  In 2011 I suffered a complete ACL tear and a meniscus tear. A friend recommended that I see Scott Crook for physical therapy/rehab before and after surgery -- best decision I have ever made in medical treatment! Recovery is a year-long journey and having the support of Scott and his crew at Performance Physical Therapy was amazing. They not only got me back in the sport I love, but improved my performance! I trust him in my physical well-being more than any other doctor. I continue to go anytime I have issues. And the facility is amazing! I have since referred so many friends who have all left feeling the same way I do about Scott and his team!

Each patient is treated like a friend or family member and every staff member is knowledgeable and focused on providing the best possible care. The new facility in Brannon Crossing is the most impressive clinic I have ever been in, featuring a half basketball court, baseball throwing lanes, sand pit for resistance training, and top of the line equipment. Come check this place out!

  Scott was recommended by a friend who is a physical therapist. He did not disappoint. He got my daughter through her ACL surgery beautifully. He was understanding and communicated well with us the parents as well as the teen.
